The OttoFleet vehicle misuse report identifies certain driving behaviour attributes including speeding (if speed limit information was available), top vehicle speed reported in each trip, and hard acceleration/deceleration count (for OttoView-CVS42 devices only).

If the data is available, the report contains the following information:

• A trip summary based on the reporting period selected and the other filtering criteria:
  • Report start date
  • Report end date
  • Time zone
  • Trip types (All, Business, Personal)
  • Driver (Last name, First name)
  • Purpose (vehicle use classification selected,  i.e. Sales, or Shuttle, or Customer Support,  etc.)
  • Vehicle (Year - Make - Model)
  • Device ID (unique ID generated by the system during registration)
  • Minimum trip distance to use in generating  the report
  • Minimum trip time duration to use in generating the report
  • Number of trips in this reporting period
  • Total speed limit exceeded duration recorded
  • Percentage of time speeding relative to the total trip time duration
  • To vehicle speed recorded from all trips
• Vehicle misuse information on trip dates within the selected date period including:
  • Trip number
  • Trip End Date
  • Trip duration
  • Duration that the speed limit was exceeded during the trip
  • Percentage of speeding relative to the total trip duration
  • Top vehicle speed reported during the trip
  • Hard acceleration count during the trip
  • Device ID
